Biographie
Mizusawa Megumi a grandi dans la préfecture de Osaka. Sa première série a été publiée en 1979 dans le magazine "Kokoro ni Sotto Sasayaite " de septembre. En 1981, Megumi publie son premier recueil d'histoires courtes "Gogatsu non ochakai". Son plus grand succés à l'heure actuelle reste "Hime chan no ribbon" qui a connu une adaptation en série tv.
