Ainsi, dans les premiers niveaux, vous n'aurez qu'à taper la première lettre des Pokémon à l'écran. Ensuite, au fil de votre progression, les exercices deviendront de plus en plus complexes.

En tapant correctement leur nom, vous pourrez capturer les Pokémon à l'écran dans votre Clavi Ball et votre équipe pourra alors les étudier. Tout au long de votre aventure, vous croiserez des Pokémon de plus en plus rares, et notamment des Pokémon Légendaires tels que Reshiram et Zekrom issus des jeux Pokémon Version Noire et Pokémon Version Blanche.

Le jeu propose des leçons pour savoir comment positionner vos doigts sur le clavier, mais aussi une avalanche d'astuces pour améliorer votre vitesse et votre précision. Développez ces aptitudes pour créer de véritables combos, empocher un score élevé, et atteindre le haut des classements. Vous pourrez, tout en progressant, déverrouiller jusqu'à 60 niveaux aussi complexes que variés, débusquer les Pokémon les plus rares, et collectionner jusqu'à 180 médailles.

Le jeu Apprends avec Pokémon à la conquête du clavier comprend le Clavier Sans Fil Nintendo, un clavier spécial avec une disposition des touches AZERTY. Ainsi, vous pourrez utiliser ce clavier non seulement avec ce jeu mais avec d'autres produits compatibles Bluetooth.
